Can I buy MAGNUM products directly from you?
Our products are only available from authorised E/W fitters, bathroom specialist shops, various web shops or Technical Wholesalers.
Can my heating cable for electric underfloor heating be shortened?
The heating cable (heat section of the cable), must absolutely not be interrupted. For more information, also see the installation instructions for your underfloor heating.
My underfloor heating is not working as it should, what should I do?
Contact your installer. If he is present at your premises with a multimeter, you can contact us by telephone during office hours to take stock of the situation.
Can I connect several cables/mats to one thermostat?
It is possible to switch multiple systems on one thermostat, if desired. I have lost the manual for my thermostat. How can I find it?
You can find the available manuals for our thermostats on the download page. If your (MAGNUM) thermostat is not listed here, you can always send an e-mail with a picture of the thermostat to info@magnumheating.nl with the request for the correct manual.
Can I connect your thermostats to another brand’s system?
Our thermostats switch 230V to the underfloor heating system. When the installed underfloor heating system needs to be powered in this way, our thermostats can be connected to the system. We would advise you to replace the floor sensor with the MAGNUM floor sensor supplied with the thermostat.
I have an older type MAGNUM thermostat. Can I exchange it for a more recent model?
All MAGNUM thermostats are 1-to-1 interchangeable. It is therefore possible to replace your old thermostat with a new variant. Should the installed floor sensor no longer function correctly or be faulty, we would advise you to also replace it with the floor sensor supplied with the thermostat.
I can’t get my MAGNUM Remote Control connected to the Wi-Fi network via the app.
